Individual Lemon Barbecued Meat Loaves

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • MEAT LOAF
  • 1 ½ pound(s) ground chuck (or round)
  • 4 slice(s) bread, slightly toasted and crumbled
  • ¼ cup(s) milk, or to moisten
  • ¼ cup(s) lemon juice
  • ¼ cup(s) onion, minced
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
    • BARBECUE SAUCE
    • 1 cup(s) ketchup
    • ½ cup(s) brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) allspice
    • 6 thin lemon slices
