  • Zest from 1 ½ lemons
  • ¾ c sugar
  • ½ stick (4 tablespoons) butter, at room temperature
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • Filling:

    • 1 c whipping cream
    • ¼ c powdered sugar
