  • 4 teaspoons truffle butter
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup water
  • grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 ounce grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 large egg
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

Sift flour in a mound on a wooden board or work surface and make a well in center.
