Italian Berry Mule


  • 6 raspberries
  • 2 ounce(s) vodka
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ounce(s) chilled ginger beer
  • 0.25 ounce(s) Rich Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
  • Ice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the ginger beer.
