Italian Bow Tie Supper

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
    • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

1. In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. stir in the tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings.
