Italian Bread Filled with Mushrooms


  • 2 green onions
  • 1 1-pound round loaf Italian bread
  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small onions

  • 1 ½ pounds mushrooms
