Italian Bread III


  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

1. Add ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions. 2. Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist.
