Italian Cream Cheese Fudge


  • 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 box(es) powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) Pecan Halves, toasted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla. Add cool toasted pecans and fold in. Spray ceramic dish with pam and spread the fudge mixture. Once chilled cut into 1" squares and store in icebox well covered.
