  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
