Italian Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1/3 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slice(s) bread
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 8 fresh tilapia fillets

Place bread, cheese, garlic, thyme and pepper in food processor. Blend until crumbed. Slowly add olive oil until moistened. Put fish in pan; brush with egg and top with crumb mix. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
