Italian-French Toast

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 12 slices white sandwich bread
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
