Italian Fresh Purple Grape Cake

- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
