Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) ground chuck
  • ½ pound(s) ground Pork
  • 2 cup(s) Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 cup(s) parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) grated cheese
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped very fine
    • 1 onion, minced

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Let stand 30 minutes. Shape into medium size meatballs.
