Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 clove(s) chopped garlic (2 teaspoon cloves)
  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • ¾ cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce

    • 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped basil leaves
    • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley leaves
    • 1 cup(s) grated Parmesan
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
    • 1 cup(s) marinara sauce
