Italian Meatloaf (Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon(s) sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef
  • ½ cup(s) fine bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 egg
    • ½ cup(s) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine tomato sauce, sugar, Italian seasoning and garlic powder to make a sauce. Set aside. Combine meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and 1/2 C. of sauce; mix well.
