Italian Popcorn


  • 1/3 cup(s) parmesan cheese - grated
  • ¼ cup(s) vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup(s) popcorn - unpopped
  • cayenne pepper - dash or 2
  • seasoning salt to taste; approximately 1-2 teaspoons

Heat oil in large covered pot on medium/high heat on stove. When hot, add unpopped popcorn. Remove from heat when most kernels have popped. Pour into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine. NOTE: Can also be served in soups to add flavor.
