Italian Pot Roast - Stracotto
Ingredients
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
- 2 cup(s) dry red wine
- 1 large carrot, finely chopped
- 1 stalk(s) celery, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 ½ pound(s) chuck roast
