Italian Sausage Seasoning Blend


  • 3 teaspoons Granulated Onion (up To 4 Teaspoons, To Taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Whole Fennel Seeds (crushed If Desired)
  • 3 Tablespoons Salt
  • ¾ teaspoons Dried Red Pepper Flakes (use Up To 1 ½ Depending On Taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Dried Italian Herb Seasoning
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
    • 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper

Blend together the spices and herbs. Store in an air tight container. To use, blend 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the seasoning blend into 1 pound of ground meat (chicken, turkey, or pork).
