Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 flat anchovy fillets in oil
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ pound asparagus
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 medium fennel bulbs
    • ¼ head cauliflower
