Jade Dumplings with Soy-Sesame Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 12 ounces fresh asparagus
- 1 8-ounce can whole water chestnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 green onions

Stir all ingredients in small bowl to blend. Finely mince ginger and garlic in food processor.
