Jam Squares


  • 1 jar(s) apricot jam
  • 2 ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 cup(s) flour
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour, sugar, oil, baking powder, and vanilla. Divide in half. Reserve 1/2, and add eggs to remaining half. Pour into 9x13 inch pan, spread apricot jam on top, and top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake about 45 minutes.
