Japanese Cucumber and Daikon Salad


  • 1 c red radishes or Easter egg radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 c peeled and thin-sliced white radish (Daikon)
  • ½ English cucumber, peeled, leaving stipes and thinly sliced
  • 4 scallions, very thinly sliced
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • 2 t black sesame seeds
  • 2 T toasted sesame oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 T rice vinegar
    • ½ t kosher salt
    • ½ t crushed dried red pepper flakes
    • ¼ c minced cilantro
