Ingredients
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large or 2 small firm-ripe mangoes
- 16 small or 8 large fresh poblano chiles
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat broiler.
