Kale and Sausage Stew
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) spicy smoked sausage, such as kielbasa, Polish, andouille, etc; sliced
- ½ cup(s) red wine (substitute water or broth)
- 1 cup(s) water or broth
- 1 pound(s) kale
- 2 clove(s) garlic, or more to taste, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- + 4 more ingredients

- 1 pound(s) potatoes, cut into 1 to 1 ½" chunks, or whole if small
- 1 pinch(s) cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
