Katie’s Pimento Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- whole(s) radishes and celery ribs
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 11-ounce log of fresh goat cheese
- 4 ounce(s) smoked cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) sweet pickle relish from a jar
- 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 scallions
- 0.25 cup(s) drained jarred pimientos
- 1 teaspoon(s) Tabasco
In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, blend the goat cheese with the cheddar, mayonnaise, pimientos, scallions, pickle relish, onion powder and Tabasco and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the pimento cheese to a bowl and serve with radishes and celery ribs.
