Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons bourbon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon egg substitute
  • 3 ½ tablespoons light-colored corn syrup
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • Dash of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • + 12 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
    • 1 tablespoon bourbon
    • Cooking spray
    • 3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
    • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
    • 4 to 5 tablespoons ice water
    • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour (about 4 1/2 ounces)

To prepare the pastry, lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
