Kim's World-famous Salad

Ingredients
- ½ fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced sweet onion
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 2 cups arugula
- Dijon Vinaigrette
- 2 cups torn watercress
- + 3 more ingredients

- 1 cup torn Bibb lettuce
- 1 cup chopped Belgian endive
- 1 ½ cups sliced English cucumber
Combine first 9 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Serve with vinaigrette.
