Kiwi Lime Energy Smoothie Recipe by JANNERS1980

Ingredients

  • ~ 1 scoop protein powder (any brand containing minimum 25-30 gr of protein per serving)
  • ~ ½ cup water
  • ~ 1 single serving packet of lime flavored crystal light
  • ~ 1 single serving yogurt (fat free/sugar free, any flavor)
  • ~ 1 cup frozen kiwi slices

Add all ingredients to a blender/mixer and blend untill smooth. Serve cold.
