Kiwi Mojito


  • 1 lime wheel
  • Ice
  • 0.5 cup(s) peeled and coarsely chopped kiwi
  • 2 ounce(s) light rum
  • 0.5 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 0.5 ounce(s) Mint Syrup

In a mini food processor, puree the kiwi until smooth, then refrigerate until needed. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Mint Syrup.
