Kiwi Mojitos

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peeled and coarsely chopped kiwis (from about two kiwis)
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey
  • 4 mint leaves
  • ice2 ounces light rum

1. In mini food processor, puree kiwis and agave. In cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves. Fill shaker with ice, then add rum and kiwi puree. Shake vigorously and strain into ice-filled glasses.
