Kiwi muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup oil
    • 2/3 cup chopped and peeled kiwi fruit

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2 Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 3 Mix egg, milk and oil. 4 Add wet mixture to the dry mixture stirring just until moistened. 5 Add kiwis, stir just until blended. 6 Spoon batter into 12 lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. 7 Bake for 20 minutes.
