Kogi Dogs

Ingredients

• Vegetable oil
• 1 cup(s) kimchi
• 0.5 cup(s) mayonnaise
• Sriracha
• 8 hot dog buns
• 2 cup(s) finely shredded cabbage
• 1 large scallion

  • 1 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar
  • 8 all-beef hot dogs
