Korean Barbecue Wet Rub

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
