  • ¼ cup gochujang (Korean red chile-bean sauce)
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
  • 1 large head Boston or butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 1-¼ cups prepared cabbage kimchi, coarsely chopped
  • 1-½ lb. skirt steak

    • 4 medium scallions, thinly sliced
    • 2 medium carrots, grated
    • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
