  • 2 bags sauerkraut (32 ounce bags)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar or Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 family pack of country style spare ribs

Brown spare ribs in a small amount of canola oil. Rinse and drain sauerkraut. In a greased 4 qt. roasting pan, place half of the ribs. Cover with half of the sauerkraut.
