Kraut Burger Filling


  • 1 pound(s) hamburger
  • ½ teaspoon(s) monosodium glutomate
  • 3 cup(s) shredded, raw cabbage
  • onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • pepper
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water

In a large skillet, brown hamburger lightly. Drain grease. Blend in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered until all water has evaporated.
