Kumquats

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ripe kumquats
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Wash kumquats and cover with water in a non-aluminum saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add sugar and cinnamon, return to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.
