Lacy Oatmeal Florentines

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 1 ½ cup(s) quick cooking rolled oats
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• ¼ cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate bits
• ½ cup(s) soft butter or margarine
• Dash of salt
• 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine

Heat oven, grease cookie sheets, in a small bowl, beat sugar, salt, 1/2 Cup butter and vanilla until light & fluffy.
