  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick), room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
