Ladies Luncheon Salad
Ingredients
- 4 ounce(s) shredded Parmesan cheese
- SALAD
- 1 can(s) cashews
- chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 2/3 cup(s) safflower oil

- 1/3 cup(s) cider vinegar
- ¾ cup(s) sugar
- 3 red diced apples
- 1 package(s) romaine lettuce
- 1 tablespoon(s) poppyseeds
- Dressing
- 1 package(s) Craisins
- 1 package(s) spinach
Wash spinach and Romaine well. Mix salad portion together. In seperate bowl mix up the dressing. Just before serving, mix all together.
