Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 small orange bell pepper (6 to 8 oz)
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • ¼ pound ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tablespoons orzo
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
