Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated pecorino Romano cheese
  • 4 (1/2-inch-thick) tomato slices
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced and divided
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • ¼ cup canola mayonnaise
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 10 sun-dried tomatoes, packed without oil
    • 2 cups arugula
    • 4 (2-ounce) multigrain hamburger buns
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 pound lean ground lamb

1. Place sun-dried tomatoes and 1 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Drain.
