  • 6 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 8 1-inch-thick lamb rib chops
  • 2 small Asian pears
