Lamb Chops with Asian Pear and Kiwi Salsa

- 6 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 8 1-inch-thick lamb rib chops
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup green onions
- 3 large kiwis
- 2 small Asian pears
