Lamb Chops with Garlic and Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 lamb rib chops, about 1 inch thick (about 2 3/4 pounds in all)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
