Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
  • 1 ½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 8 (4-ounce) lamb loin chops
    • 1 ½ teaspoons extravirgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
