Ingredients

  • 10 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup paper-thin red onion slices
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons fresh oregano
    • 1 10- to 12-ounce container grape tomatoes
    • 4 lamb shoulder blade chops (each 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)

Whisk 1/2 cup olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons oregano, and ground cumin in medium bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper.
