  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 (4-ounce) lamb loin chops, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 cups sliced Braeburn apple (about 2 medium)
    • 1 teaspoon butter

Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add lamb; cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove lamb from pan; keep warm.
