Lamb Chops with Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- Salt
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or very finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup jarred sesame tahini, well stirred
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- TAHINI SAUCE:
- LAMB:
- + 2 more ingredients

- 4 shoulder blade lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Make tahini sauce: Whisk together tahini, 1/4 cup water, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and 1/2 tsp. salt. Make lamb: Sprinkle chops on both sides with salt. Warm vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and sauté until browned on both sides, about 10 to 15 minutes total for me...
