Lamb Kebabs (Lamb on a Stick)

Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pound(s) ground lamb
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon(s) coriander, ground
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper

In a food processor, pulse coarsely chopped onion and garlic. Add salt, cumin, coriander and pepper and pulse again.
