Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt, divided
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 large garlic clove, grated
- 2 ½ pounds boneless leg of lamb, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ¼ teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 2 teaspoons Madras curry powder
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
